Winery Productions (WP) assumes no liability for the receipt, storage or management of any literary submissions and makes no guarantee of production commitment. By submitting your content proposal to WP, you understand that WP accepts your submission in good faith, along with hundreds of other submissions that may be similar or even identical in subject matter. WP, therefore, suggests that you register your content with the WGA and/or relevant copyright authority PRIOR to submission.
